Return and Refund Policy

• Please note that all Mystery Box Purchases are Final Sale and returns will not be accepted. 

Non Mystery Box Return Policy:

• Returns will be accepted within 30 days of purchase.
• To begin a return, reach out to us via the CONTACT tab and state that you would like to initiate a return. Please include your order number, the item(s) you would like to return and the reason for the return. We will then send you a shipping label via email to return the items to us. Once we receive the items, we will refund you the price of the item(s) minus any shipping costs.
